Mandy Bonavita – Owner/Director

Mandy brings invaluable lived experience, having been a wheelchair user for most of her life. More than 30 years ago, she and her husband—also a wheelchair user—founded Good Life Medical with the goal of offering greater choice and access to high-quality mobility equipment.

With extensive knowledge and a personal understanding of mobility needs, Mandy is highly skilled in assessing and prescribing custom wheelchairs and a wide range of mobility solutions, ensuring each recommendation is both practical and personalised.

Lorna Watson – Occupational Therapist

Lorna has more than 25 years of extensive hands-on experience in assessing individuals’ functional problems in activities of daily living and is skilled in prescribing specialised disability equipment.

She has worked with client groups of all ages and with a wide range of disabilities, both physical and mental health.

Her work involves assessing and proscribing tailored equipment and delivering training to both clients and their carers to ensure effective use.

Matthew Norris – Mobility Equipment Technician

Matthew brings over 30 years of experience in wheelchair manufacturing and repair, gained in both the U.K. and Australia. He spent eight years at RGK Wheelchairs in the U.K., specialising in the production of custom-built everyday and sports wheelchairs before relocating to Perth.

With his deep expertise in wheelchairs and disability equipment, Matthew offers a level of service that sets him apart. He provides tailored solutions, professional repairs—including precision welding—and comprehensive servicing for all types of mobility and disability equipment.

Michelle Weguelin – Upholsterer

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Michelle’s expertise covers a wide range of upholstery work, including custom backrests, seat cushions, positioning supports, and postural modifications for manual wheelchairs.

Understanding user needs and clinical requirements, she collaborates closely with therapists, technicians, and clients to deliver tailored solutions that enhance comfort, safety, and mobility.
